Mrs. Adelaide Manteaw holds an M. Sc. in Real Estate from the College of Estate Management, University of Reading, United Kingdom. She has over Thirteen (13) years professional experience in real estate This was acquired through occupying various positions and undertaken different aspects and functions of real estate in general.

Prior to her addition to the Property Databank workforce, Mrs. Adelaide was the real estate manager at Transtech Consult, where she was involved in the development, management, valuation, sale and investment in real estate. She has provided specific inputs and coordinated key projects in land management, Asset valuation, Investment Appraisal and real estate development and management as the head of land and estate management unit of the company.

Mrs Manteaw also gained considerable work experience in land acquisition, property management, valuation and protection of the land and properties as the head of estate department of Ghana Water Company Limited, Ashanti region from 1999 to 2005.

Other assignments she has coordinated and provided specific inputs include refurbishment and renovation of building, development of tools for community participation in the management of neighborhood and undertaken valuation for several purposes for private individual across the country.

Mrs Manteaw as a team leader has successfully worked with other professionals from varying background and companies and always ensured a timely delivery of assignments.
