Mr. Lawrence Opoku Apiagyei holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. Having worked at the Land Valuation as well as the Public and Vested Lands Divisions of the Ghana Lands Commission, he is experienced in surrender and renewal valuation inspections, compensation valuation inspections and capital and rental valuations.
As property management officer for Property Databank, Mr. Apiagyei is involved in property inspection, compliant resolution, maintenance operations and other administrative tasks.
Mr. Apiagyei is a stout teamplayer, and a valuable addition to the Property databank workforce.
