Mrs. Aisha Modoc holds a certificate in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Central University College. She occupies the portfolio of Sales and Property manager at Property Databank. While at this, she ensures that all property policies, procedures, codes of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with. She also provides recommendation for choice of location, property valuation and consultant on matters related to property acquisition and procurement.
Mrs. Modoc had previously worked with Eastapedia, National Information Technology Agency, MET Capital and Fidelity Bank. She occupied positions such as sales and leasing manager, assistant manager and private investment advisor at these institutions. Inarguably these positions have afforded her many years of experience in the role she plays at Property Databank. She has special skills in customer relations and meeting sales targets.
In future prospects, Mrs. Modoc seeks to become an expert Real Estate Consultant, to establish credibility by nurturing relationships and maintaining customer loyalty. To also use my experience in sales and marketing to increase efficiency and productivity in an institution that provides Opportunities, challenges, growth and achievement.
