Established in 2014, Property Databank (PDB) is an end-to-end real estate and land administration services provider based in Accra, Ghana. The firm is headed by a seasoned and widely respected real estate expert with over 25 years industry relevant experience, who is also a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has over 25 years experience in valuation practice, land administration, and real estate advisory. We are authorized and regulated by the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GHIS). Among other things, our authorization enjoins us to adhere strictly to the latest International Valuation Standards (IVS). The firm has five main business units: (a) valuation, (b) property management, (c) sales, lettings & registration, (d) development management and (e) land administration solutions.
Our valuation team is widely respected for three reasons – quality advice, report, trustworthiness, and timely delivery of results. We value all types of assets – real property, plant, and equipment (PPE).
