About RENTPAY
RentPay is an affordable and accessible scheme that enable individuals/tenants to pay their rent advance in monthly installment to match the tenor of their rent. The Company makes the full advance payment to landlord and tenants repay in monthly installments. This solution is available for tenants that have an apartment already or that are in need of such assistance
Applicants’ Requirements
For corporate clients interested in providing our rent advance monthly payment service to staff, the company will act as a guarantor for their staff. We will require the following:
- Employer Undertaking form Deduction from salary
- Employee Payroll Deduction Authorization
- Completed Application
- Copy of Photo ID
- Passport Pictures (2)
- Post-dated checks
- 3 Months Deposit
- Processing Fee
- Guarantor’s deed
For individual members interested in our rent advance monthly payment service, we will require the following:

Who is eligible
- Salaried Workers with verifiable employment letter and earned income.
- Rent payable must not exceed 30% of your income(Salary)
- Joint Application i.e. Couples whose joint income meets the 30% income requirement (Terms and conditions apply)
