Stephen Kofi Arthur brings to PDB 4 years experience in areas of valuation not limited to; mortgage valuation,valuation for compulsory acquisition & compensation,rating valuation, plant & machinery and insurance valuation. He has an indepth knowledge in the Ghanaian land administration sector.

He handles real estate consultancy advisory for the company’s corporate clients and individual; Stanbic Bank, ADB, Fidelity Bank, Republic Bank, etc. He performs tasks such as; mortgage valuation, mortgage documentation & registration and Title perfection.

Stephen Arthur has worked as a team member on several projects such as Land Development Partnership Proposals (LDPP) for Jospong Group of Companies, Nationwide Land Acquisition project for Waste Landfills Company Limited, JA Plant Pool Assets Valuation. He also had professional stints with Accra Regional Hospital, Newmont Ghana.
